Contributes to the development and implementation of a communications strategy to increase the visibility of the organization and its activities and strengthen its brand awareness : He or she captures, organizes, and manages photographic and video documentation throughout the project implementation and delivery phases, ensuring that all media supports comply with project specifications and donor requirements.
Main missions

• Take photographs in accordance with the specifications defined by the donors.
• Adapt the lighting, framing, and composition to the subject being worked on.
• Put the subject at ease and adapt to the subject when it is a person;
• Perform all necessary retouching work using their computer skills;
• Develop and print photographs using current digital tools;
• Adapt to changes in both photographic and computer equipment.
• Efficiently archive and organize media, ensure the reproduction and cropping of photos, and the provision of low- and high-resolution versions in accordance with project guidelines and donor requirements, as communicated by the program team leaders.
• The role also includes conducting recorded interviews with beneficiaries, obtaining media usage authorizations, and ensuring the timely delivery of video copies to managers and coordinators.
• Conduct recorded interviews with beneficiaries. Ensure that all beneficiaries have given their consent for all photography and video recordings, in accordance with HA regulations.
• Informing management of public attitudes and concerns regarding various groups and organizations (including government, development partners, media, and civil society) with which the country office deals.
• In addition, the position requires the preparation and maintenance of photographic equipment to ensure smooth media operations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide two versions of photographs (low and high resolution) and select the 30 most relevant photos for upload and submission to the program team in accordance with the specifications.
• Ensure the proper functioning of photographic equipment to enable smooth and efficient image capture during the project.
• Ensure that senior managers and coordinators receive video copies of project activities on time and in accordance with agreed deadlines and specifications.
• Edit and enhance videos and photos using professional editing software to ensure high-quality and impactful media content.
• Ensure that an activity log is completed, thereby increasing transparency and accountability of the work performed.
• Prepare daily and weekly media reports.
• Maintaining close contacts with national media, government officials, multilateral and bilateral donors, civil society and the private sector.
