Job Description- Investigation Officer Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Track and follow up on suspected fraud cases, mitigate credit and operational risks, and strictly comply with company investigation procedures.process is adhered to.
• Responsible for tracking and following up on all suspected fraud cases, mitigating fraud and credit risks while complying with standard operational processes.
• Identify and assess operational and credit risks, dig into suspicious behaviors and summarize various fraud tactics and scam methods.
• Analyze and cross-match customer and order data to identify new fraud scenarios and hidden risk patterns.
• Conduct necessary offline verification and customer confirmation to support accurate risk judgment.
• Verify customer and sales agent submitted information, and assess customer repayment willingness through case investigation.
• Resolve pending fraud cases with logical investigation skills and complete standardized case reports.
• Review loan application processes and agent operation behaviors during case follow-up.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor and maintain full compliance with company policies and procedures.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
• Minimum Licence (BAC+3) / Maîtrise (BAC+4) Certification.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision in daily case tracking and risk work..
• Possess strong problem-solving, case analysis and risk judgment capabilities.
• Strictly maintain confidentiality of customer sensitive information and fraud case data.
• Capable of working under pressure and stably handling batch suspected fraud cases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal coordination and external customer verification.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for case sorting, data statistics and report filing.
• Self-motivated with positive work attitude, able to meet task deadlines under pressure.
• Capable of independently completing assigned case follow-up and investigation tasks as required.

Physical Requirements
• Must have an Android smartphone.
• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
• Proficient in both spoken and written French and English for daily investigation, report filing and cross-team communication
