The Role
As a Freelance Telemedicine Doctor, you will solve what’s broken about healthcare access – the long waits, the expensive visits for simple questions, and the barriers that keep people from getting basic care. You will provide quick, professional consultations through our platform, helping patients get the medical advice they need when they need it, all while working on your own schedule.

What You will Do
• Conduct remote medical consultations through our telemedicine platform
• Provide primary care advice and guidance to patients via chat or telephone call
• Review patient symptoms and medical histories to make informed medical recommendations
• Refer patients to receive basic medications, consult with specialists or refer to in-person care when needed
• Maintain accurate consultation records and follow platform protocols
• Help patients understand their health concerns in simple, clear language

What You will Bring
• MBBS or equivalent medical degree with valid license to practice in Senegal
• Clean licensing record with no queries or disciplinary actions
• 0-3 years of medical experience (early-career doctors welcome)
• Strong communication skills for virtual patient interactions
• Advanced proficiency in French and basic proficiency in English
• Smartphone and reliable internet connection
• Professional attitude and compassionate bedside manner


Nice to Have
• Experience in general practice or primary care
• Previous telemedicine or digital health experience
• Comfortable using technology and mobile apps
• Interest in learning about digital healthcare delivery
