We are looking for a proactive and versatile Business Development Assistant & Technical Writer to support our strategic growth initiatives and strengthen our network of partners and stakeholders. Working closely with the executive team, you will contribute to key business development efforts and help ensure smooth communication with external contacts, including prospective business partners.
• Writing articles related to the business
• Assist in the creation and refinement of strategic presentations and business materials
• Conduct research on markets, competitors, and potential partners
• Support in maintaining and updating relationship tracking tools (CRM, contact lists, etc.)
• Help coordinate and prepare for meetings with key external stakeholders
• Draft clear, professional communications (emails, summaries, briefs) in English
• Monitor relevant industry trends and identify new opportunities for business growth
• Provide general support to the leadership team on special projects and strategic initiatives

Requirements
• Excellent spoken and written English (required); Excellent spoken and written French;
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable with business writing and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)
• Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• A background or strong interest in business, strategy, or partnerships
• Previous experience in startups, business development, or corporate communications is a plus
