TECNO MOBILE is recruiting a Digital Marketing Specialist.
As a DM Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire operation and creation of content on social media platforms. You'll gain a deep understanding of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, develop and execute content strategies, and be in charge of planning and operating live streams on TikTok and Facebook to improve brand influence and user engagement.



Missions:

1. Content creation:
- Responsible for the development of creative content, including text, images and videos, in order to attract and retain user interest.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that all content aligns with the brand message and market trends.
- Monitor content performance and adjust policies based on the results of data analysis.

2. Social Media Platform Operations:
- Manage and optimize the company's presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze user data in order to develop strategies for usersevents.



Profil du poste

1. Bachelor degree or higher in marketing, media, advertising or related fields.

2.Minimum 3 years of pro experiences in social media operations and content creation.

3. In-depth understanding of social media platforms and ability to grasp user trends and behaviors.

4. Excellent creative thinking and project management skills.

5. Good data analysis skills to make data-driven strategic adjustments.

6. Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
