Your mission as a Customer Advisor
Your main role will be to act as the primary contact for our customers. You will be responsible for:
• Supporting prospects and customers by resolving issues or providing information.
• Actively contributing to promoting our brand image and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Effectively managing complaints.
• Being an ambassador for customer satisfaction!
How will you do this? Through inbound calls, emails, letters, and potentially interactions via social media. (No cold calling involved!)

Our recruitment process
• Phone screen (15 minutes): An initial discussion with a member of the recruitment team to validate your fit for the role.
• French and English test (1 hour): An evaluation of your language skills in both languages.
