General accounting & tax officer.
Mission
• Perform the activities of preparing, recording and controlling the accounting information in accordance with the guidelines of the immediate supervisor to assure correct reflection of economic operations.
Main tasks
• Post the general ledger and cash accounting entries, thereby compensating according to the type of payment/collection to ensure that the accounting reflects the economic operations.
• Prepare and pay the various taxes and social security payments, ensuring correct credit of the same in all managed companies.
• Prepare and control the inter-company invoices and accounts to adjust the internal billing situation of services between the companies.
• Control the account balances of customers/suppliers to ensure the correct status thereof.
• Handle inquiries from internal and external customers regarding the billing generated and guarantee the validity of the information.
Expected skills/knowledge
• Experience with SAP or any accounting software
• Strong skills in working with expenses, accounting and ability to reconcile accounts
• Must be a strong team player, highly motivated and able to work under pressure during peak periods
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
