The Admissions Manager will be the driving force behind our student recruitment and retention efforts. This is not just a role – it’s a mission to inspire and engage both our current school community and potential families, ensuring that our school continues to thrive and grow. The ideal candidate will be a marketing and communication expert who is equally comfortable strategizing at a high level and rolling up their sleeves to engage directly with prospective parents.

These will be your main responsibilities!
• Recruitment & Enrollment: Drive the growth of the school by developing and executing effective marketing and communication strategies to attract new students. Engage directly with prospective families, guiding them through the admissions process and showcasing the unique value of our school.
• Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with current families to ensure high levels of student retention. Work closely with the school community to foster a supportive and inclusive environment that meets the needs of our diverse student body.
• Inspire & Engage: Serve as the face of the school, inspiring confidence in prospective families through personalised tours, open houses, and community events. Actively participate in events, visit local organisations, and build networks to promote the school’s mission and vision. Build strong relationships within the school community to enhance parent engagement.
• Digital Marketing: Lead all digital marketing efforts, including managing the school’s online presence, social media, and digital advertising campaigns. Create compelling content that showcases the unique value of our bilingual education.
• Reporting & Data Management: Utilise data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies and track key metrics. Prepare regular reports for school leadership, providing clear analysis of admissions trends and outcomes. Continuously analyse market trends, gather feedback, and refine strategies to keep the school at the forefront of education in the region.
