PEG Africa hiring Credit & Customer Value Manager.
What you will be doing :
Develop and implement operational strategies to minimize credit risk, including redefining sales processes to ensure a repayment focus whilst not hindering growth
Credit risk analytical & policy management
Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders (sales, logistics, customer experience etc.)
Drive Company Credit performance through KPIs and supporting metrics, and develop adequate portfolio risk reports
Customer Value Management and in-life customer cycle management
Manage field & office based repayment force : drive teams efficiency and productivity
Other duties as assigned
What we are looking for :
Bachelor or Masters’ Degree in Economics, banking & finance or a related field
At least 3-5 years at a senior management level in credit (preferably microfinance, asset financing or related sector )
Experience in managing field and office based teams
Experience in a fast growing, dynamic work environment
Sophisticated analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to analyzing complex problems
Experience with credit scoring, customer and risk segmentation is a plus
Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be innovative and comfortable to challenge the status quo
Fluency in French and English
