• Provide specialized project management support within specific programs to ensure that various activities are carried out in accordance with established objectives and in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Support project planning, implementation, and monitoring by providing essential administrative and logistical support, including document management, budgets, communications, and meeting organization
Main missions
• Participate in the coordination, planning, and monitoring of activities related to various projects and programs.
• Work closely with other departments, internal and external partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and compliance with established deadlines and objectives.
• Coordinate all administrative activities of the Program.
• Participate in all Program coordination sessions.
• Support the implementation of the defined logical framework.
• Support the implementation of the activities planned within the pre-defined logical framework and adjust it if necessary.
• Manage field activities and ensure the achievement of objectives for the benefit of beneficiaries.
• Propose innovative methods for the successful implementation of the Program
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and deliverables
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
• Support the monitoring and evaluation of activities linked to the programming carried out.
• Manage administrative documents and databases
• Collect and analyze project-related data
• Carry out all other tasks within their area of expertise, relating to program management;
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the project coordinator.
Finance
• Assist in the development of project documents, budgets, and budget revisions for projects/programs based on the annual work plan
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
• Participate in the programming and daily monitoring of projects/programs, prepare requisitions and payment requests, and assist in the preparation of financial reports for programs and activities.
Communication
• Coordinate all communication activities with Program beneficiaries
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Ensure communication between teams and partners
• Report on Program activities (Minutes of Coordination Meetings, Evaluation Report, Program Annual Report)
• Ensure the archiving of all Program documents
Coordinate meetings
• Liaise with project and government staff on matters related to the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of projects/programs. Prepare all correspondence between the office, implementing agencies, and the government related to project/program formulation and implementation;
• Facilitate the development of service provision contracts in compliance with Human Appeal procedures relating to suppliers or service providers.
• Manage information on the SharePoint site for Monitoring & Evaluation documentation.
