Drives Shutdown Onshore Preparation.
PRE?Shutdown – Key Responsibilities
Primarily Onshore Role.
Preparation and control of key shutdown documents, including Worklist?(SDAR), POB Tracker, Purchase Order Tracker, Cost Tracker, Risk Register, Meeting log/action tracker, Growth register (review growth forms prior to submission to Steering Group), Scaffold Register, LOLER Register, Shutdown FEL Readiness tool, Lessons Learned Register, Maximo Reports, Commissioning Tracker.
Drives Lessons Learned process.
Works with Execution Focal Point & Execution Lead to monitor and track Offshore readiness.
In conjunction with Ops Focal Point, coordinates and manages leak test and flange break vendor activities.
In conjunction with Commissioning & Handover Lead, develops a handover tracker.
Chairs progress meetings.
Coordinates SIMOPS and risk reviews.
Manages the scope growth process.
Gathers man?hours and trades durations (resource plans for activities held on SDAR).
Works with Shutdown Planner to prepare the project plan for integration into P6/IAPS.
Is responsible for mobilization of third?party/vendor personnel and associated equipment, both pre?shutdown and during shutdown.
Prepares budget estimates, tracks and raises purchase orders for the shutdown.
Administers material tracking and bagging and tagging of material.
Ensures the Scaffold Register and LOLER Register are in place.
Ensures all insulation removal/replacement activities are captured and visible in the plan.
Travels offshore as required.

Primarily provides onshore support during the shutdown.
Manages the scope growth (SSR) process.
Responsible for mobilization of third?party/vendor personnel and equipment.
Travels offshore as required.
Ensures that key lessons learned during the shutdown are captured for the post?shutdown review.
