Description
• Deliver financial & sales metrics aligned with senior management including Volume / sales / profit / cash but also numeric distribution and in store visibility objectives.
• Build strategic relationships with customers and suppliers
• Develop and deliver sales and marketing plans for the cluster as aligned with Head office.
• Responsible for creating the Go to Market strategy for the cluster and deliver on it.
• Analyze performance metrics to drive business development and improvement.
• Make data-driven decisions that impact productivity and profitability.
• Coordinate with various departments within the organization for seamless operation.
• Lead, train and mentor the internal team as well as distributor teams towards achieving goals and objectives.
