Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for 2G/3G/4G/5G radio RF network planning & optimization , QoS and QoE management ;
2. In charge of engineering rollout RF planning including cell/site ID/paramters , 2G frequency/3G PSC/4G PCI planning;
3. Familiar with at least two technologies optimization skills : feature & parameter optimization and KPI optimization;
4. Improve network KPIs / performance indicators by multilple methods , including RF filed azimuth/ tilt adjustment , parameter / feature optimization ;
5. Familiar with performance degradation issues troubleshooting methnology , customer complaints handling and report output ;
6. Make routine radio network insights regarding network pain points of coverage , quality , throughput by Huawei digital platform using MR/PCHR/Nic data multiple data source , propose corespoding short term and middle/long term solutions to improve QoS ;
7. Good at customer communication and value presentation at customer manager and CXO level , be able to output network quality improvement summary report ;
8. Good E2E coordination capabilities and have basic knowledge of wireless , IP and core network ;

Work Qualifications?
1. More than five years working experience in Radio network planning and optimization domain ;
2. Education background: telecom related background ;
3. Certificates of 2G/3G/4G/5G RNP & RNO are preferred;
4. Fluent in English ;
