Duty and Responsibility
1. Manage the overall logistics business of the country, including customs clearance, warehousing, transportation, and retum, and design the annuel logistics BP.
2. Manage logistics business risks and exceptions, execute and optimize logistics business delivery solutions, and ensure smooth delivery.
3. Take the lead in developing and continuously optimizing processes, regulations, and standards related to logistics business in a country.
4. Participate in the transformation business of the logistics domain at HQ and regions, and participate in solution design and deployment.
5. Set the annual customs compliance development target, and take responsibility for customs relationship development, customs compliance/risk management, and audit management.
6. Manage LSPs, induding contact design, commercial negotiation, KPI management, and exception handling, to ensure that LSPs provide high-quality logistics services.
7. Manage teams to ensure efficient cooperation among team members and continuously improve team capabilities.

Profil du poste Job Specification(Education, Experience, Skills and others)
1. Have at least five(5) years of logistics management experience in global top 500 enterprises or global top LSPs, and be familiar with the logistics development trend of the industry.
2. Have a good command of the knowledge and methods of logistics domains, including LSP management, warehousing management, import and export business and compliance, logistics process/engineering, logistics technology equipment, transportation management, reverse management, and logistics cost and quality management.
3. Have a good command of warehouse network layout design methods, logistics risk and internai control management methods, and cost analysis methods. Be proficient in using logistics systems and tools.
4. Have good working communication, logical thinking, coordination, and analysis skills, work carefully, and have a strong sense of responsibility:
5. Speak English fluently, can work under big pressure;
