Responsibilities
• Maintaining and updating project progress and details ;
• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings ;
• Liaison with the field team and update the project status on a regular basis ;
• Documenting the project documents and circulating the project correspondences among the stakeholders ;
• Preparing necessary project-related documents ;
• Provide required project-related data or information.
• Skills required for the position:
• Experience in project management from conception to delivery;
• Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and phased action plans;
• Very good organisational skills including time management and multi-tasking;
• Strong customer relations and teamwork skills;
• Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance control;
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner;
• Practical experience of project management tools;
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
