FABRICATION SUPERVISOR (Boilermaking and piping)


Responsibility:
? Organize and control manufacturing activities
? Maintain team cohesion and motivation
? Assess and develop employees' skills
? Control the quality and compliance of the work carried out Propose and support organizational transformation actions
? Establish monitoring and management reports
? Respect the rules of quality, hygiene, health and safety and environment.
? Demonstrade rigour and discipline


Profil recherché
Experience : Minimum 5 years in the field of general mechanics and fabrication,
Profile : Hold a BTS, BT, or BEP in general mechanics
Have a good knowledge of welding, boiler making and able to work on machine tools
Able to work under pressure
