Technical expert E&A gives technical support and provide information for 4S engine automation system, related ancillaries and PP automation. Technical expert safeguard reliable operations for Wärtsilä Customers by providing technical support during the life cycle of 4S engines and solutions delivered or serviced by Wärtsilä. The Role works is also maintaining, developing, and making available E&A technical knowledge & expertise in the AFEU region, in an efficient way. Analysing field experience, feedback and processing this information into facts and knowledge to enable 4S engines installations E&A improvement and secure customer satisfaction are other important parts of the technical expert activity. Review related reports, technical support, knowledge management, assisting our key customers having a fast & efficient trouble shooting support diagnosis, RCA, reporting, on multiply and complex E&A issues, specific expertise mission.
