Tasks
Take ownership of assigned activities by clearly defining requests, targets, and scopes in agreement with internal clients.
Prepare detailed project execution plans, ensuring the application of the most appropriate and advanced technologies.
Manage supplier offer requests, assigning work in collaboration with internal clients and the corresponding Project Owner.
Assign tasks to project team members and supervise their execution to ensure seamless coordination across all project components.
Plan, program, and oversee the scope, costs, timelines, execution methods, acquisitions, quality, and other requirements to achieve desired project outcomes.
Manage the assigned budget and billing process, aligning with clients to ensure cost efficiencies.
Effectively manage stakeholders during project commencement to ensure its success.
Ensure timely project handover to end users, providing necessary documentation and hyper-care support for correct utilization and operation.
Coordinate activities carried out by various Project Technicians, as assigned by the Industrial Services Manager.
Analyze tenders and provide vendor recommendations.
Develop business cases based on knowledge and experience.
Profile required
Education
Bachelor’s (BSc) or Master’s (MSc) degree in Engineering from a reputable institution.
Experience
More than 3 years of experience in similar positions, with proven leadership skills and the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Relevant experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) is required.
Languages
Fluent in English and French.
