Business Intelligence – Compensation & Benefits Analyst
Responsible for developing and executing the processes of the Compensation and Benefits department, such as policies, market benchmarking and adaptation of strategies in order to provide the organization with a competitive package and benefits in the market. He/she is also responsible to generate and communicate information to support the demands and decision making.
Qualifications & Experience
• Master’s degree in HR Management/ Administration, in Business Intelligence or in a related field strongly preferred.
• 5-8 years’ experience in HR Management and Compensation & Benefits administration applying a knowledge of principles and practices of human resources management.
