Your role
To play a key role in the Operations Department and ensure all delivery tasks are completed in a timely and precise manner. To integrate quality into the business by ensuring that every customer contact is a demonstration of absolute dedication towards providing first time ideal solutions for the satisfaction of customer’s immediate and future needs.


What are you going to do?
• You will be reporting to the Air Operations Supervisor
• Provide correct and accurate fields information to customer service & supervisor
• Arrange transportation operations with local transportation suppliers for better KPI’s follow-up
• Provide updates on Air cargoes deliveries to your supervisor in collaboration with Customer Service for all incoming & out going shipments.
• Coordinate the cargo release process, proof of delivery filling & signature by receivers
• Work hand in hand with other agents from CMA CGM & yard administration
• Any other operations related duties that will be assigned to you by your supervisor.
