Your Role
As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling our AI systems,
with a strong emphasis on:
• software engineering best practices,
• backend & API development,
• and deploying AI/LLM-powered systems in real-world environments.
This is a fully remote role, compensated based on deliverables.


Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable AI systems for KYC, fraud detection, and credit risk scoring.
• Integrate, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.).
• Build and maintain robust REST APIs to expose AI models and decision engines.
• Contribute to backend architecture and real-time processing pipelines.
• Develop intelligent decision engines (scoring, business rules, recommendations).
• Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Work autonomously with clearly defined goals and deliverables.

Required Profile
• Experience building AI/ML products in production environments.
• Strong background in applied AI and machine learning.
• Solid experience in software engineering and backend API development.
• Good proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs integration or fine-tuning.
• Good understanding of scalability, performance, and security.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional fluency in English and French (mandatory).

Nice to Have
• Experience in fintech, banking, credit, or fraud detection.
• Knowledge of KYC / AML / compliance frameworks.
Experience with:
• microservices architectures,
• Docker / containerization,
• model deployment pipelines (MLOps).
