Main responsibilities
• Coordinate daily Stores activities at the plant and/or assigned team.
• Ensure good/correct Inventory levels of Spare Parts, Tools,
• chemicals, Oils and Consumables.
• Keep control on in/Out of tools, issue of spare Parts.
• Receiving spare parts with transistor, cross check with the order, check for conformity.
• Update Spare Parts follow up and coordinate with NWC -Spare Part coordinator.
• Handling delivery Claims.
• Submit Monthly stores report (inventory, minimum stock) to maintenance manager.
• Train the team, implement best practise.
• adhere with Safety/Environmental standards.
• Reporting inventory in Maximo.
Education & experience
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration?
• 5 years of relevant work experience
• experience in storekeeping & inventory management in powerplant or any heavy industry understanding of workplace safety.
