Customer Relations Manager
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in Dakar. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with customers, addressing customer inquiries, resolving problems, focusing on customer satisfaction, overseeing staff and maintaining customer databases. The positions offer potential for career advancements, employee discounts on cars, with a monthly compensation of 250,000 XOF.
Successful completion of the one-month training program is a prerequisite for official employment. Trainees will be assessed based on their performance, adherence to company values, and contribution to team goals during the initial month.
