Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team in Senegal. This position will focus on communication, partnership engagement, and reporting, playing a critical role in enhancing the company visibility, supporting stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality reports.
Key Responsibilities
Communication:
• Assist in developing and managing a comprehensive communication plan for the company.
• Create high-quality communication and visibility materials in both French and English, including newsletters, press releases, social media content, and presentations.
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.
Partnership Engagement:
• Support the identification and engagement of potential partners, including private sector actors, public institutions, and development organizations.
• Assist in maintaining relationships with existing partners by preparing briefings, updates, and communications.
• Contribute to the organization of meetings, events, and other initiatives to strengthen the company’s partnership network.
Reporting:
• Prepare regular reports on the progress and impact of the company’s activities for internal and external audiences.
• Collect, analyze, and present data to support decision-making and project evaluations.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to donors, partners, and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
• Strong writing and communication skills in both French and English.
• Background in communications, marketing, international development, or a related field.
• Experience or interest in sustainability, ESG, or international development is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and social media platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
