Summary

Responsible for the management of the workshop including coordination in terms of its facilities, manpower, tools and equipment, parts support, warranty & customer service retention in order to increase profitability and stimulate business growth while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What will be your responsibilities?

Management of the workshop team
Workshop performance & KPI’s
Ensure that SHEQ policy is followed and respected
Maintain and secure a professional relationship(s) with suppliers and customers
Monitors the cost and effectiveness of his/her jobs to optimize resources and processes

High-level technical knowledge and experience
Leadership and organisation
Honesty, dynamism and stress resistance
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of English (technical)
