• Proficient in salary performance and incentives modules with outstanding ability
• Have rich experience in organizational design and structural adjustment
• Strong talent recruitment ability,able to identify outstanding talents(currently facing two internals problems:experienced emoloyees can not maximize their value,and internal inventory is needed;emoloyee with strong recruitment ability serve as a backup team)
• Proficient in human resources
• Strong communication and skills able to establish a good organizational relashionship with the business,self driven and able to take the initiative to carry out work
• Be familiar with Senegalese Labor Law
