Human Resources Partner Specialist – CMA CGM Cluster Senegal (H/F).

Your role
Reporting hierarchically to the Human Resources Manager, you will actively contribute to developing employees’ skills and driving talent management within the CMA CGM Senegal Cluster (Senegal, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Mauritania, Cape Verde). You will lead training actions and implement HR initiatives to identify, develop, and retain talent, in line with the Group’s strategy.
What you are going to do
Learning & Development
• Identify the training needs of each department and daughter agency and build an annual training plan aligned with the Group’s strategic priorities.
• Lead internal workshops and support the development of internal trainers.
• Select and manage external training providers, ensuring efficient, relevant and cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate the logistics of training (internal and external).
• Have a perfect command of internal training management tools (LMS)
• Evaluate the impact of training actions using KPIs and feedback.
HR Development & Talent Management
• Participate in the identification and monitoring of talent.
• Manage key HR processes: performance management, employee engagement and talent reviews.
• Act as an expert on talent development initiatives, particularly for young talent programs.
• Contribute to the implementation of individual development programs
• Support employees in their professional development journey.
• Support talent retention and engagement actions.
• Promote and support intra-cluster mobility opportunities and projects – regional and international.
Monitoring, Reporting & Analysis
• Update databases related to HR training and development.
• Produce regular reports – Monitoring of training plans and KPIs defined by the group (individual, agency and cluser).
• Analyze data and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Communication & Learning Culture
• Promote a culture of continuous development within the teams.
• Promote training actions and solutions via a dedicated HR newsletter
• Propose effective employee motivation initiatives related to training
Who we are looking for
• University degree in Human Resources Management, Employment Law or any other relevant field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position, including training management and/or HR development, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital HR solutions.
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and respect for confidentiality.
• Initiative, autonomy and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Analytical skills and ability to propose practical solutions.
• Fluency in French, with a good command of written and spoken English.
