Job Summary:
The HR Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining all HR administrative processes including employment contracts, attendance tracking, and HR system operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple digital HR tools efficiently. Fluency in English is essential for communication, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employment Contract Management
• Be the point of contact between us and the outsourcing companies
• Manage the contracts’s renewals, terminations ect… and do the follow up
2. Attendance and Leave Management
• Monitor and track employee attendance and leave records through the HR system.
• Verify attendance reports and coordinate with department heads to resolve discrepancies.
• Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance data.
3. HR System and Digital Operations
• Manage and operate our HR digital systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in HR databases.
• Generate and analyze reports related to attendance, contracts, and employee status.
4. Compliance and Reporting
• Ensure HR operations comply with internal policies and labor laws.
• Prepare and submit HR-related reports to management regularly.
5. HR Support and Communication
• Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department.
• Communicate effectively with employees and managers regarding HR processes.
• Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, employment contract management, and digital HR system management.
• Language: Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
