Job Purpose
The Creative Hub Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of the creative services agency within the Global Marketing and Communications team. This role involves managing a team of creative professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative projects, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. The manager will work closely with various stakeholders to align creative initiatives with business objectives, drive brand consistency, and enhance the company’s digital presence. Key responsibilities include project management, team leadership, client relationship management, and budget oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects to ensure they meet quality standards and deadlines.
Team Leadership
Managing and mentoring a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Client Relationship Management
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with the creative services provided.
Ability and willingness to query the value of the request and propose alternatives.
Budget Oversight
Managing the budget for creative projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control
Sourcing surge support as needed (eg. Upwork)
Contribute to Global Marketing and Communications engagement efforts that build team unity, collaboration and trust.
Required knowledge, skill and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative services role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
Proven track record of managing creative projects and leading a team of creative professionals
Experience in client relationship management and budget oversight
Professional spoken and written English.
Travel requirement is less than 10% annually.
Preferred Experience, Knowledge and/or other Qualifications
Experience in digital marketing and content creation.
Strong understanding of brand consistency and digital presence enhancement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional certification in project management or a related discipline is preferred
