Roles & responsibilities
The Agent Onboarding Representative ensures that we meet our regulatory obligations in France regarding the identification of our partner agents, as well as other compliance related duties, including:
• Ensuring the completeness of onboarding files for new partner agents
• Reviewing and assessing the compliance of agent files (due diligence and controls) and conducting KYC, AML/CFT, and reputational risk assessments
• Managing the full lifecycle of agents (onboarding, monitoring and amendments, offboarding)
• Carrying out customer protection duties: monitoring and handling customer complaints, checking mandatory disclosures
• Overseeing personal data protection activities
• Delivering AML/CFT awareness training to all employees via an e learning platform
• Monitoring and tracking training completed by agents
• Ensuring adherence to internal procedures and contributing to regulatory monitoring
Position requirements
We are ideally looking for a candidate with a Bachelor or Master degree in Compliance, Law, Banking, or Finance, who has prior experience in compliance or risk analysis (credit risk, operational risk, etc.). Detail oriented and rigorous, the candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset, and be able to articulate arguments to support decisions.
A solid command of Excel, a good level of French and an intermediate level of English are also required for interactions with the France and Europe headquarters.
