Purpose of the job:
Set specific actions within his/her district in order to support continuous growth of PM sales volume and market share. Prepare action plans for distribution development in the district based on overall distribution strategy.
Key responsibilities :
- Set specific actions within his region in order to support continuous growth of PM sales volume and market share. Prepare action plans for distribution development in the region based on overall distribution strategy.
- In line with the company distribution strategy, identify the region’s market opportunities. Propose actions to increase coverage through existing trade partners and identify and agree on new customers at the regional level in order to ensure optimal distribution of PM products.
- Implement Trade development strategies through adapted trade and advocacy programs
- Lead and direct the geographically dispersed field force within the assigned region to ensure excellent business contacts with retail customer and to position PM as the preferred business partner.
- Make sure that the trade activities and consumer promotions are implemented in order to achieve sales and consumers KPI’s. Monitor and analyze all relevant market information (Competition activities, prices changes, stakeholders changes, event,…) to facilitate and speed up decision making process
- Ensure implementation of CE and sales cycles through follow-up and monitoring of field force activities. In line with branding strategy, provide proposals for POS selection and POSM allocation. Ensure implementation of POSM placement objectives.
Plan and propose strategic field force development initiatives as well as region-specific Call Mission additions in order to increase coverage efficiency and geographical presence.
- Follow PM policies and procedures and ensure adherence to them throughout the organization
- Follow up on PMI digital transformation within your responsible universe including digital engagement and e-ordering. Actively participate into meetings with internal stakeholders to provide field intelligence and build adequate strategies.
Job Requirements:
- BAC + 2 or equivalent experience
- Overall Experience: 6-8 years of experience in field sales and sales support
- Sales experience in FMCG Company preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
