We’re hiring a Reverse Auction Sales Executive who doesn’t hide behind scripts, slow follow-ups, or “I’ll email you a quote.” This is a fast-paced, high-volume, commercial role for someone who thrives on pace, pressure, and negotiation, turning warm demand into booked revenue by running live competition between suppliers.
You’ll be accountable for converting inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings through speed, negotiation, pipeline ownership, and commercial judgement every day.
What you’ll be doing:
• Own your desk like a business: You’ll manage your pipeline end-to-end response time, follow-ups, conversion, margin, and booked revenue.
• Move fast on warm inbound leads: Contact customers within minutes, control the call, qualify quickly, and keep momentum high.
• Run live reverse auctions: Engage multiple transport partners to compete for the job and secure the best viable rate.
• Negotiate with confidence: Balance customer value and supplier pricing while protecting margin and booking quality.
• Convert with discipline: Drive every enquiry to a clear outcome, booked, timed follow-up, or closed out properly.
• Upsell value where it matters: Add services that genuinely improve the customer outcome and increase booking value.
• Track your numbers daily: You’ll manage activity ? conversion ? revenue and know exactly what lever to pull to win more.

• You speak and write both German and English fluently.
• Bonus points: experience in logistics/freight brokerage, 360° recruitment, estate agency, car sales, insurance broking, or marketplace businesses.
