Under the supervision of the Project Manager based in Dakar, the consultant's main mandate is to perform the following tasks:
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation of the kick-off workshop
- Review the current status of the protection system
- In coordination with the administrative and logistical assistant, and under the supervision of the prepare and organize logistics related to the event
- Prepare the presentations required for the launch of the report
- Review and validate the invitation list
- Identify the master of ceremonies
- Prepare and track invitations to reach 50 participants
- Media Mobilization and Management
- List media that could be associated with the initiative
- Meet with the media and brief them on the project
- Provide press releases
- Arrange at least two interviews
- Coordination of panelists and speakers
- Organize a preparatory meeting with the partner associations for an effective and efficient mobilization mobilization of the children on the activity
- Organize at least two interviews by children
- Attend parallel meetings with children to discuss the situation and identify how to integrate their and identify how to integrate their perspective into the baseline study launch

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Master's degree
• Experience in planning and monitoring events related to child protection in Senegal
• Good knowledge of the child protection system in Senegal and the ministries responsible for the

• Experience working with an INGO in Senegal
