Reporting to the Project Manager based in Dakar, the consultant's main mandate is to perform the following tasks:

Responsibilities
Planning (week 1 - November 5)
• Review the current status of the project
• Present to the Project Manager and Operations Coordinator the detailed action plan and needs
• Workshop with children to identify key information from the SOW to be included in the child-friendly versionversion (November 8-15)
• Organize logistics
• Coordinate with partner organizations
• Manage risks related to the activity
• Activity summary report

Developing a child-friendly version (November 16 to December 10)
• Prepare a child-friendly version of the baseline report
• Prepare a visual summary (e.g., poster, video, as recommended by the children)

• Collaborate with the children on the design
• Submit this version to the children on the advisory committees for review
• Submit a first draft to IBCR on December 10, 2021
• Finalize a child-friendly version (December 13 - 20)
• Present worked version to IBCR and partners
• Submit this version to the children of the advisory committees for final validation

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Master's degree
• Experience in child participation
• Demonstrated experience in writing child-friendly materials
• Proven writing skills
• Interest and strong ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
• Thoroughness and attention to detail
• Respect for deadlines
• Ability to travel to regions within Senegal for the workshop with the children
• Bilingual in French and Wolof
