The Global Humanitarian Surge Platform is looking to hire a resilient, top notch humanitarian professional in the field of operations and programme development and quality as a Deputy Team Leader.

The ideal candidate should have extensive prior experience in a senior management role working in a complex intense emergency response setting, plus experience in senior level representation.

The role requires proven experience in leading and managing big multi-sectoral and multi-national teams; remotely and on the grounds. In addition to being well versed in managing multi-donor and multi-site programmes.

The incumbent should be proficient in at least 2 languages; i.e. English would be a must have along with either French, Spanish or Arabic language(s).
