Responsibilities :
- Ensure the perfect execution of the weekly promotional plan in compliance with existing processes
- Work closely with the local and central teams to ensure that customer communication strategy meets requirements
- Monitor and report the channel performance
- Ensure the good implementation of CRM projects defined
- Ensure perfect execution of emailing campaigns
- Put in place efficient processes to maximize ROI
- Leverage cross venture opportunities to increase free traffic and acquire new customers
- Co Lead A/B teasing
- Improve and optimize cross-channel communication

Profile Requirements
