Role- Head Marketing
Responsible for leading Marketing on Telecom and Digital Domain in Senegal West Africa
Marketing strategy: Plan and implement coherent marketing strategies to increase the organisation’s brand awareness and to acquire new customers
Market and competitive research: Consistently analyse the market and competitive landscape.
Become the internal “expert” on the market and provide recommendations for both product and company direction.
Demand generation and driving market opportunities: Create a strong brand perception of products and service for the product/business through focused campaigns & workshops.
Drive awareness (both internally and externally) of market opportunities, and identify new business opportunities for the organisation by understanding the challenges that customers face
Content creation & distribution: Syndicate / source content from technical teams to build new marketing collateral along with the portfolio offerings and aligned to customers’ buying patterns (demand side).
Promote thought leadership content/ Point of View (PoVs) in the target market segment.
Digital marketing: Identify the most relevant KPIs to measure within the digital space that contributes clearly to the company’s business objectives and goals. Develop, implement, track and optimise digital campaigns across all digital channels
Media, advertising and PR: Negotiate with advertising and media agencies and secure agreements on the production and distribution of promotional materials
Sales enablement: Be the champion of the product to sales.
Develop and deliver sales and marketing content to help sales drive opportunities to closure.
This includes the creation of product presentations, white papers, technical briefs, videos, datasheets, success story collateral, sales enablement tools, competitive information and other unique collateral such as infographics as appropriate.
Internal communication: Inspire and communicate the progress being made, the exciting initiatives and stories to build enthusiasm, belief and momentum within the organisation
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute best-in-class product launch campaigns and initiatives.
Experience :10-15 Years of experience in relevant field
Marketing experience in Telecom & ISPs
Prefer Senegalese National Applicants.
