We can offer you the following tasks
• Represent MAN ES and MAN ES activities at the plant and towards plant manager.
• Plan, supervise and coach maintenance staff in all aspects of maintenance of the power plant.
• Set up together with Owner the computer maintenance management system and other administrative systems.
• Prepare and set up all workshop storage and cleaning and test facilities for execution of all maintenance.
• Monitor and intervene if the operation of the plant is not maintained with the technical limits of the design and specification

You can help us with these qualifications
• BSc in Engineering mechanical or Electrical. MBA BBA or similar degree in administration.
• Experience in O&M of a power plant. Experience with diesel engine operation and maintenance including combined cycle operation. Experience in implementing quality assurance programs
• Experience in staff coaching, training and development program
• Experience with customerized maintenance management systems JD Edwards Amos Maximo
• Entrepreneurial, self-disciplined highly motivated. Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Work in international settings and exhibit proper business and cultural sensitivity.
• Fluency in French and English. German language skills will be an advantage.
