Job Description
• The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company. Leveraging cultivated knowledge & experience of Product & Technology, using an active and practical approach, the CTO will direct the employees to attain the company's strategic goals established in the company's strategic plan. The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will steer the overall Product & Service development, Business Operations; Presales & Solutions, Capacity & Capability development incl. infrastructure planning & development, future skill & capability planning & development, Business Excellence and Partnerships & Alliance functions for the region or account.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Drive the strategy and implementation of operations – efficiency, quality, customer experience, costs, and profitability
• Represent the technological agenda & create roadmap for transformation within and outside the organization
• Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and foster developments
• Consolidate our technology / product / services platforms and create plans for existing and new areas
• Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
• Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity
• Spearhead NGN projects to increase our market reach and improve our USP
• Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
• Ensuring revenue increase and profitability
• Continuously improving market position (wrt competition), brand visibility and equity
• Maximizing operational efficiency, revenue, and market competitiveness; improving productivity and cost efficiency
• Fostering team development and productivity through appropriate people practices

• Team Development
• Technical/ Engineering degree in Telecommunications or IT with 15+ years of telecommunications industry experience operating within Global Carrier, IPS or Mobile operator environment.
• Working knowledge of French Language is preferred. Understanding of Telecom outsourcing and managed services industry is desirable.
