Job Details
· Manage qualitative and quantitative projects as they are assigned from time to time
· Responsible for taking accurate briefs from Client Service team
· Coordinate timely movement of instruments to regions- questionnaires, show cards and incentives
· Communicates brief, timings, deadlines and all relevant project issues to all relevant parties
· Accurately sets project cost (based on cost briefings)
· Monitors and keeps record of all project costs and budgets(thus being able to respond to any over budget queries with confidence, detail and accuracy)
· Relate with regions in specific assignments to coordinate projects and resources
· Support day to day field trainings as may be delegated from time to time
· Review and report on monthly basis the qualitative and quantitative projects status in all locations
· Ensures project details and timings are accurately communicated to various departments(working with Projects Administrator) etc
