RMO Energy Services is hiring a Recruitement intern.
Responsibilities :
Assist on the recruitment process
Organize candidate database
Screen and classify CV’s of the candidates
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Post job offer on the our internal platform and social networks (on Linkedin)
Prepare and update recruitment report Daily follow up of the incoming CVs by checking the inbox e-mail
Review documents of the candidates
Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Requirements and skills
Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus
Experience with MS Office mostly Excel
Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
Highly Organized
Proactive and hands on profile
Sense of priority – French + English
